Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Wish & Quill website and letter-builder service. By using the service or placing an order, you confirm that you are a parent, legal guardian, or adult authorized to provide the information entered.
Personalized content
You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, addresses, and personalized details before approving a letter. Wish & Quill is not responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer. Gift wishes may be mentioned, but no letter guarantees a gift, event, delivery date, or outcome.
Orders and payment
Current launch pricing is $6.99 for an Email letter for the first child, $5.99 for each additional child, and $9.99 for Print-at-Home. The applicable price and delivery details shown at checkout control the order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Wish & Quill does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
Approval and delivery
An order is processed after successful payment and completion of the required parent or authorized-adult certification. Email letters are sent to the adult email address provided. Print-at-Home orders are delivered as downloadable or emailed PDF files. Real Mail and Deluxe products are not currently available for purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or obscene content, or to submit information you are not authorized to provide. We may refuse or cancel an order that violates these terms or appears unsafe.
Children’s information
The service is adult-facing. You may provide only the child details reasonably needed to personalize a letter, and you must be authorized to provide them. We do not request a child’s email address or phone number. Information practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Refunds and corrections
Refund and correction requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Please contact us promptly if an order contains a technical problem or an error that was caused by our service.
SMS Terms
If you voluntarily opt in, Wish & Quill may send transactional messages about the order, such as approval and delivery updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual property
Wish & Quill’s branding, designs, templates, and website content belong to Wish & Quill or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
