Privacy Policy

Wish & Quill creates personalized keepsake letters for families. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to parents and authorized adults.

Information we collect

We may collect a parent or authorized adult’s name, email address, mobile number, order and delivery details, and the child details voluntarily supplied to personalize a letter. We do not ask for a child’s email address or phone number. Payment information is processed by Stripe, our payment provider; Wish & Quill does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

• Create, preview, fulfill, and support requested letters.
• Process payments and send order and delivery updates when the parent opts in.
• Protect the service, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
• Improve our products using aggregated or de-identified information.

Sharing and retention

We may share only the information needed with service providers that help us operate, generate and deliver letters, communicate with customers, or process payments. We do not sell personal information. We generally retain child personalization details for 30 days after an order is completed so we can provide support and corrections, unless a parent requests earlier deletion. We retain basic order and payment records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, security, dispute handling, and legal requirements.

Parent choices

Parents and authorized adults may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with an order. Transactional text messages can be stopped by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Children’s privacy

The service is intended for use by parents, guardians, and authorized adults. Please provide only the details reasonably needed to create the requested letter. An adult must certify that they are authorized to provide the submitted information.
